The program
will satisfy the legally mandated requirements under the broader theme of
workplace respect. Under this heading, we can also create a link to the theme of
violence prevention, which has previously been included in this type of
compliance training at your City.

On August 31S\ 2005, we will conduct a one-day Train the Trainer, which will
enable staff from your City Attorney's Office to roll out the program in your
organization. The Train the Trainer will cover some basics of facilitation, as well
as specific information and skills needed to conduct this program.

Additionally, you would like us to review your workplace harassment and
discrimination policy and to make suggestions / edits that would allow this
information to be presented in the most customer-friendly format.

1
