Provide us with copies of mission, vision, values, ethics for the City of <br />Mountain View <br /> <br />Timeline: <br /> <br />The Train the Trainer will be conducted on Wednesday, August 31S\ 2005. <br /> <br />Fees: <br /> <br />Given the above, the fees for this program would be $4,700. If the program will <br />include our "Exploring Respect" video, the additional fee for the video and <br />facilitator's guide is $500.00.
