<br />8. Incorporation of City comments and preparation final brief report <br />9. Project administration including weekly project log <br /> <br />Deliverables: <br />. Draft report outlining the pump station layout with preliminary designs <br />. Finalize Preliminary Design Report that incorporates City's comment. Once the City <br />is satisfied with the preliminary design concept and authorizes us to proceed, BKF <br />will move into working drawings. <br /> <br />PHASE II CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS PREPARATION - PUMP STATION <br /> <br />Task 2 - 50% Design Phase <br /> <br />At this stage, we will be developing the site plan, base design data, and the construction documents. <br />The electrical, mechanical and structure plans will be developed. The major elements of the pumps <br />piping and discharge pipeline, and structural modifications are to be completed. The electrical <br />control diagrams will be developed. The preparation of the specification package will also begin at <br />this stage. <br /> <br />1. Set-up sheets layout for pump station elements <br />2. Finalize pump selection and size of pump discharge pipeline and complete detailed station <br />mechanical plan <br />3. Control and electrical system design <br />4. Existing outlet structural analysis and pump support design <br />5. Prepare outline specifications <br />6. It is assumed that environmental review agencies will not involved, and no pennit <br />applications are needed <br />7. Design team meetings - (Assume 1) <br />8. City meeting during 50% design phase - (Assume 1) <br />9. Coordination with PG&E for power service <br />10. Preparation of submittal package <br />11. Administration including weekly project log <br /> <br />Deliverab les: <br />. A 50% plan set including pumps, piping, discharge pipeline, and structural details <br />. Outline of technical specifications to be used with City supplied general contract and <br />special condition package <br /> <br />Task 3 - 95% Design Phase <br /> <br />The 95% submittal package will be, from BKF's standpoint, a complete set of plans. The plan set <br />will be subject to modifications as a result of final review comments by the City and internal review <br />checks by BKF. <br /> <br />" -"___"""H.. ---""T-" <br />
