61. Available Water Supply to Project Site - Provide current fire flow information <br />from the water purveyor to indicate the maximum available water flow in gallons <br />per minute (GPM) at a minimum of 20 pounds per square inch (psi) residual <br />pressure. This information must be dated and indicate the information is the <br />most current information available from the water purveyor. [SDR] [FIRE] <br />62. Fire Apparatus Access Plan — Provide a separate plan to indicate the building <br />orientation to public streets and other adjoining properties. Indicate on this plan <br />fire department access, water supply, paths of egress, aerial fire apparatus <br />access, fire apparatus turn-arounds for fire access lanes in excess of 150 feet, <br />etc. in compliance with CBC Chapter 10 and CFC Chapter 5 and Appendix D. <br />[SDR] [FIRE] <br />63. Automatic Fire Sprinkler/Standpipe System Required - The building is 4 or <br />more stories in height and therefore the building is required to be equipped with <br />a standpipe/fire sprinkler system. Provide plans for the design of this system or <br />indicate the requirements for this system and list the design and installation as <br />a deferred submittal on the cover sheet of the plans. [SDR] [FIRE] <br />64. Emergency Escape and Rescue Openings — The project must comply with <br />CBC 1030. [SDR] [FIRE] <br />65. Fire Department Knox Building Access - Knox Key boxes are required as <br />part of this project to allow emergency access for firefighters. Indicate on the <br />plans that Knox Key boxes will be provided on the building at all entrances at <br />locations approved by the fire department. (CFC 506) [SDR] [FIRE] <br />Construction -Related Activities <br />66. Verification for Dimensions — All dimensions, including building location on <br />the site, setbacks, building height, etc. shall be verified by a licensed surveyor. <br />A survey report shall be provided to the Building Inspector for review and <br />approval. Sales and Use Taxes — Applicant shall use good faith efforts to register with <br />the Board of Equalization to create an ID prior to project construction and <br />operation. This maximizes the City's allocation of sales and use taxes <br />associated with project construction. Hours of Construction — On -Site Construction activity is permitted between <br />7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, except as permitted on <br />weekends by the Building Official, and shall adhere to the City's Noise <br />Ordinance. If possible, the noisiest construction activities would be scheduled <br />for daytime hours when the ambient noise levels are highest.
