City of Redwood City Statement of Work Lucent has quoted application staging for all servers as listed, seven CAD clients, forty-five RMS clients and thirty-five Mobile laptops for Redwood City. Lucent will also include our Palladium0 Data. Base Inquiry Tool that will allovY casual users or RMS to inquire and print CAD data, eliminating the need for the staging of our CAD applications beyond the Call taking and Dispatching positions. This tool as well as our Palladium0 applications will require NT and SQL on any client requiring this application tool. Training Services Training will be offered at a designated training room at the City of Redwood City. The City is responsible for ensuring the room is secure, has proper HVAC, and is available for use as a proper classroom per Lucent's input and final acceptance. The City will also ensure that required cable drops, AC wiring, and other facility requirements are met prior to the training delivery. These are the course offerings. The actual number of days is based on customer's determination of number of students per class session. (same price 2— 12 students.)
