City of Redwood City Statement of Work <br /> Mobile Data for Redwood City Only <br /> -Mobile Module User Licenses up to 100. (This only applies to users from Redwood City or <br /> agencies that have purchased the Lucent mobile data solution) <br /> -Provided Mobile NCIC/CLETS, Email, Messaging, Silent Dispatching, RMS access and <br /> Incident, Field Interview, Accident Reporting for 35 user license on staged laptops for <br /> Redwood City. Additional users licenses need to be purchased from Lucent Technologies. <br /> -Replicated Server for data access and reporting. <br /> -Mapping in Car(to be provided within one year of contract) <br /> RMS <br /> 45 simultaneous users for Base <br /> Base including System Admin, Master Index, Case, Incident, State Specific, Arrest, Juvenile, <br /> Property, Reports. <br /> Modules including Warrants, Accidents, Citations, Bike, Pawn, Equip Maint, Budget, <br /> Towing, Parking, Intelligence, Bar Coding. (No Bar Code Hardware Proposed) <br /> 5 simultaneous users for Admin., and 5 simultaneous users for Imaging <br /> 1 user Crystal and 10 user VISIO <br /> Interface Description <br /> Message Switch LAN and MOBILE: <br /> A Message switch is included to route messages, and inquiries from the LAN and Mobile <br /> environment. Interfaces to applications or information databases external to the server locations <br /> is appropriately handled by the Message Switch Server. Mobile applications interface to their <br /> respective applications through the Message Switch. We will provide CDPD and RF capability <br /> with our switch. Lucent's testing for the Message Switch and Mobile applications will be <br /> conducted at Redwood City. <br /> The modems, mounts, hardware, infrastructure, and service are not part of the Lucent proposal. <br /> NCIC/CLETS: . <br /> The Message Switch handles communication to National, State and local databases such as <br /> NCIC in the LAN and Mobile environment. We aze providing the NCIC and CLETS interface. <br /> CJIS Warrant access has been also provided. See CJIS for clarification. <br /> NCIC LINK Interface: <br /> We have proposed the licenses for the LAN link into the Message Switch for each city. <br /> Lucent Technologies Page 3.
