City of Redwood City Statement of Work 9-1-1 Our standard 9-1-1 Interface has been proposed. We assume that the existing 9-1-1 system will accommodate and provide AI�TI/ALI transfer into CAD. Lucent's minimum requirements are the following: an available port for a standard AT& T protocol spill, ability to make administrative changes to the ALI controller, and the system has a non-proprietary connection. AutoDialer—Dialogic Interface: Lucent Technologies will provide an autodialer interface to Dialogic (hardware to be provided by the city of Redwood City. Telephone numbers will be generated from the map and sent to the autodialer for call outs. This interface will be provided within one year of the date of execution of this Agreement. LAN Mapping County/City Map. These services were quoted at Redwood City. Based on discussions the pricing was quoted due to available accurate data. In the event the City requires additional mapping data,or services we will provide pricing. Mapping- The mapping includes geo creation of CAD, integration to CAD, display of all units and calls, and crime analysis. There are many features includes with the mapping solution such as user created layers of iiiformation and CAD transferred data. Our Mapping as proposed * If your Geo file data exists in directly importable formats (layers of information sent separately) 1. Centerline 2. Boundary 3.other and the type of file is SHP or EDO ASCii- for Arc Info; DNG files—for Intergraph users; MIF and MID—for map info; MIF/MID or SHP- for AutoCAD then price is accurate as quoted for conversion and/or translation. However, if these options do not apply or if there is lack of available data then there may be added services and costs that need to be discussed and priced prior to contractual negotiations. Our standard Mapping services will provide an entire map of the County and the detailed city. All detailed information like addresses, businesses, cross streets will be automatically loaded into the CAD geo base. The mapping and the CAD will be synchronized and accurate. This service will eliminate any geo administrative set-up for the City. Lucent will provide this service to eliminate labor and minimize your costs and implementation. Within a minimal amount of time and effort every PSAP will be able to dispatch, geo-validate, and integrate to a map. Our geo-file creation services were included with the pricing as quoted. CJIS— Our discussions have detailed standard TCP/IP as the protocol. The Palladium0 NCIC screen will be enhanced to include a warrant inquiry emulation to access the CJIS system from the Palladium0 position.
