functional System Description <br /> CAD Home Screen Window and Functions <br /> f <br /> Part of what makes Palladium0 CAD unique is the fact that all of the functions are so accessible. <br /> Telecommunicators are not required to memorize command line entries or required to open and <br /> toggle betw�een multiple windows. <br /> Home Screen Toolbar. <br /> The toolbar at the top of the CAD Home Screen allows access to numerous CAD functions <br /> from� find/seek capabilities, new calls, traffic and miscellaneous calls, shift changes and <br /> many more features. <br /> Catl Brcwse: <br /> The Ca11 Browse window displays a summary of currently active calts and is the Status <br /> Monitor. The user can configure the window with multiple data choices. <br /> Units Assigned: � <br /> The Units Assigned varindow displays all units that are assigned to the designated call. <br /> Available Units: <br /> The Available Units window displays a listing of all units available for tMe designated call. <br /> The user can distinguish between Police, Fire and EMS calls. <br /> Call Edit: <br /> The Ca(I Edit window displays all pertinent data from the CFS received by the call taker. <br /> CAD Notes <br /> , Palladium0 CAD has a notepad function, catled CAD Notes, which is.used to keep any type of notes <br /> ' • desired that are associated with the active call. CAD Notes can be accessed by using CTRUO. The <br /> default range for notes ciisptayed is the past 24 hours. - <br /> Menu Bar Options <br /> The menu bar provides many standard options that can be accessed by clicking the option with the <br /> mouse or by pressing ALT and the underfined {etter in the option. <br /> Options Include: <br /> .
