Redwood City Police <br /> Department Statement of Work <br /> � After Motorola and REDWOOD CITY agree on the proposed timeline,the <br /> Motorola Project Manager tracks the�progress of the project against the plan. <br /> Progress can then be represented as a line under the plan's tasks.V�ith this <br /> tool,the Project Manager can immediately detetmine if the project, or any <br /> portion thereof,is on, ahead o� or behind schedule.With the addition of <br /> resource loadi.ng and critical path management, the Project Manager has the <br /> ability to control and steer the project and its team toward successful and <br /> satisfactory cainpletion. <br /> 1.2 PROJECT KICK-OFF MEETING <br /> The project kick-off ineeting is a working session which uses the Motorola <br /> proposal, the Motorola�Redwood City contract and other pertinent documents <br /> as the basis for fully developing the unplementation p1an. Contract <br /> clarification and amendment procedures will be reviewed and a formal <br /> cominunication process will be implemented for communicating.
