Redwood City Poiice <br /> Department Statement of Work <br /> ( 1.3 PROJECT TEAM MEMBERS <br /> To facilitate the technical and management requirements of the design, <br /> installation, optimization,testing and completion of this Mobile Data System, <br /> Motorola has identified a team of qualified resources. Drawing on personnel <br /> from Systems Engineering, Systems Technology, and Program Management, <br /> this team approach allows each member to excel in their area of expertise <br /> while maintair�ing full and consistent communications between Motorola and <br /> Redwood City. <br /> Descriptions of the responsibilities of these key team members are included <br /> below. <br /> 1.4 PROGRAM 1VIANAGER <br /> Ali matters relative to the implementation of this project will be forwarded to <br /> the Pro�am Manager or his or her appointed designee. The Program <br /> Manager will coordinate,manage and direct the implementation process. He <br /> or she will also provide on-site coordination to installation personnel during <br /> the system implementation process as well as the coordination and <br /> scheduling of Engineering and System Technologist resources. <br /> For this Mobile Data System,the Program Manager'�responsibilities will <br /> �. include, <br /> •:- Developing a system implementation plan <br /> .;• Verifying inventory to ensure complete equipment delivery to the <br /> Redwood City <br /> •:� Overseeing and scheduling all phases of equipment installation <br /> .:- Verifying that the system has been properiy optimized and is ready for <br /> acceptance testing <br /> ❖ Keeping Motorola management and Redwood City notified of current <br /> � project implementatioII status <br /> •:- Schedulin�and attending ProJect or other progress meetinigs with the <br /> Redwood City a�requined <br /> ❖ Acting as.the single point of contact for Redwood City and,Motorola <br /> project team members through out the system implementation process <br /> ❖ Ensuring delivery of all completed.system documentation,;such as the <br /> Equipment Manuals,Acceptance Test Reports, and System Manual. <br /> Redwood Ciry must appoint one person as the City Program Manager or <br /> f'� �`' single point of contact for project responsibility.
