Redwooc� City Police <br /> Department Statement of Work <br /> �� 3.6 FINAL ACCEPTANCE <br /> This task shall occur after system testing of the City of Hillsborough portion <br /> of the system and upon completion of all Hillsborough Police Department <br /> mobile installations and shall be the unconditional acceptance of the system. <br /> The overall system acceptance shall be granted byone representa.tive of the <br /> agencies of Hillsborough Police Department for the Hillsborough portion of <br /> the contract scope of work. Final Acceptance shall not be unreasonably <br /> withheld as a res�ilt of delays in CAD system implementation. Hillsborough <br /> Police Department must appoint a person.who will have the authority to sign <br /> this acceptance. - <br /> A Final Acceptance statement shall be drafted upon completion of all proj ect <br /> milestones and deliverables.The Final Acceptance sheet shall be signed by <br /> the authorized representative as well as by an authorized representative of <br /> Motorola.
