Renting an adequate number of porta-pots. <br /> 9. Security for Saturday night. <br /> 10. Renting stages and P.A. system. <br /> 11 . Having Committees properly structured with clear-cut <br /> duties and responsibilities. <br /> 12. We understand and will comply with your requirements in <br /> 2, 3, 4, & 5; Insurance damage to public property, <br /> compliance with laws, and hold harmless. <br /> C.M.A. requests that the City perform the following services, plus <br /> other services that the City feels are essential that we may have <br /> overlooked: <br /> 1 . Grant approval for the event to be conducted downtown. <br /> 2. Provide adequate police protection, including overtime as <br /> necessary, at no cost to C.M.A. <br /> 3. On Saturday, May 1 , 1993, block the parking lot and <br /> Hamilton (South of Broadway) at 6:00 p.m. so <br /> construction may begin on the booths and stages. <br /> 4. Early Sunday, block Winslow at Broadway and at <br /> Middlefield to avoid traffic and parking on Sunday. <br /> 5. Provide barriers East of railroad, and west of parking <br /> lot plus security to prevent people from crossing that <br /> way. <br /> 6. Arrange for Fire Department, Emergency Services, and <br /> Ambulance Service as needed. <br /> IIllB <br />
