<br />PHASE II CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS PREPARATION <br /> <br />Task 2 - 50% Design Phase <br /> <br />At this stage, we will be developing the site plan with existing 15' stonn drainage easement <br />infonnation located in field, base design data, and' the construction drawings. The civil and <br />structure plans will be developed. The major elements of the pump station discharge box <br />culvert, box culvert end wall with flap gates, and end wall with tie-in of existing 42" pump <br />discharge pipeline are to be completed. The preparation of the specification package will also <br />begin at this stage. <br /> <br />1. Layout sheets for pump station discharge box culvert elements <br />2. Finalize discharge box culvert, and end walls design <br />3. Complete the existing easement survey and identify construction easement requirement <br />4. Erosion control at Bay Front Canal at end of the discharge box culvert <br />5. Prepare outline specifications <br />6. Design team meetings - (Assume 1) <br />7. City meeting during 50% design phase - (Assume 1) <br />8. Preparation of submittal package <br />9. Administration including weekly project log <br /> <br />Deliverables: <br />. A 50% plan set including site plan, ground survey of existing easement in field, <br />discharge box culvert, end wall with flap gate detail, end wall with existing 42" <br />CMP tie-in, and structural details <br />. Outline of technical specifications to be used with City supplied general contract <br />and special condition package <br /> <br />Task 3 - 95% Design Phase <br /> <br />The 95% submittal package will be, from BKF's standpoint, a complete set of plans. The plan <br />set will be subject to modifications as a result of final review comments by the City and internal <br />review checks by BKF. <br /> <br />1. Incorporate 50% City review comments <br />2. Discharge box culvert design elements <br />3. Box culvert end walls structure design <br />4. Completion of specifications <br />5. Bid schedule and final design drawing preparation <br />6. Prepare final project cost <br />7. Design team meetings - (Assume 1) <br />8. City meeting during 95% design phase - (Assume 1) <br />9. Preparation of submittal package <br />10. Administration including weekly project log <br />
