• Annexes, resources, and checklists necessary to implement the components of the plan <br />This will provide sufficient direction so that staff who do not regularly support incident operations <br />can use the EOP to activate and begin operations to initiate an effective response. Once the draft <br />EOP is developed, NPA will provide it to the City's project manager and stakeholders for review and <br />comment. The review period will last for two weeks. <br />Task 2C Deliverables: <br />Three meetings to engage City stakeholders to analyze EOP needs and solicit input <br />An initial draft EOP for review and comment in electronic format <br />A completed comment matrix in electronic format providing the resolution of stakeholder <br />input to the initial draft EOP <br />A final draft EOP <br />Task 2D: Develoo a Final EOP: <br />After consolidating and adjudicating comments provided by the City, the NPA Team will develop <br />the Final EOP. The Final EOP will be provided to the City's project manager for final approval. <br />Upon approval, NPA will support presentation of the EOP to the City Council for formal <br />adoption. <br />Task 2D Deliverables: <br />Final, print ready EOP in MS Word and PDF, and 20 printed EOP copies to the City. <br />Preparation for and attendance at the City Council meeting including developing an <br />appropriate presentation <br />20 professionally reproduced copies of the EOP in three ring binders <br />Task 3: Training and Exercises <br />After City Council adoption of the EOP, NPA will develop and deliver two, three-hour training <br />sessions and a tabletop exercise (TTX) on the EOP for City staff. This task is critical for staff not <br />involved in EOP development, as attendees to the training have the opportunity to learn about <br />its content, structure, and direction. Training documents will be structured so that City staff can <br />deliver follow on training sessions. The training sessions may be substituted for a second TTX if <br />the City desires.
