<br />1 side or back of the premises or in an approved other location from customer-provided <br />2 Containers, not less than once per week. Standard Collection service shall be weekly <br />3 Collection unless another method is approved by the Agency. <br />4 <br />5 Residents defined as "Disabled" pursuant to the Agency's determination <br />6 shall have the option of placing their Containers near their dwelling, visible from <br />7 curbside, and Contractor will pick up Solid Waste, residential Recyclable Materials, and <br />8 residential Plant Materials at this location or other arrangement suitable to this <br />9 category of rate payer and return Container to same location. Authorization for <br />10 residents to participate in this optional program shall come from Agency and <br />11 information on this option shall be provided by the Contractor upon request. <br />12 Contractor will notify all residents annually, beginning within thirty (30) days of <br />13 effectiveness of this Agreement, of this Collection option and submit, for approval, a <br />14 draft notification to Agency prior to distribution to service recipients. New service <br />15 recipients shall be notified of this option upon requesting service. <br />16 <br />17 4.02.2 Commercial, Industrial, Institutional and Multi-Family Dwelling <br />18 Units Collection. Contractor shall Collect Solid Waste from Contractor-provided <br />19 Containers and service recipient-provided compactors of a size and shape acceptable to <br />20 Contractor, not less than once per week (or such lesser frequency for non-putrescible <br />21 Solid Waste). Special consideration shall be given when determining the pick up area <br />22 for Commercial, Industrial, Institutional, and/ or Multi-Family Dwelling Unit accounts <br />23 to ensure that the flow of traffic is not impeded and that it does not result in aesthetic <br />24 degradation of an area. The designated pick-up area, if disputed by service recipient or <br />25 Contractor, shall be determined by the Agency. Additionally, if in the Agency's <br />26 opinion the location of an existing pick up area is inappropriate, Agency may require <br />27 the service recipient or Contractor to relocate the pick up area. <br />28 <br />29 4.02.3 Agency Facilities' Collection. Contractor shall Collect and dispose <br />30 of all Solid Waste generated at public facilities identified in Exhibit B. Contractor shall <br />31 make Collections from Containers Monday through Friday or on Saturdays following <br />32 non-working holidays. Collections from bins and debris boxes shall be scheduled at a <br />33 time mutually agreed upon by Contractor and Agency. <br />34 <br />35 Contractor shall provide, at Agency's direction, additional Solid Waste <br />36 services entailing: <br />37 <br />38 A. Collection of Solid Waste and Recyclable Materials from all <br />39 public sidewalk litter or Recycling Containers; <br />40 <br />41 B.
