<br />1 C. Collection of Solid Waste and Recyclable Materials from <br />2 litter or Recycling Containers in Agency parks; <br />3 <br />4 D. Provision of debris box service at locations on Agency's <br />5 property as directed by Agency; and, <br />6 <br />7 E. Review of plans for land use or property developments with <br />8 regard to Solid Waste service issues. <br />9 <br />10 At the option of the Agency, exercised in writing, these services may be provided <br />11 at no charge to the Agency but shall be reimbursed to the Contractor through the rates <br />12 charged other service recipients. Agency's City Manager is hereby authorized to <br />13 evaluate and amend, in writing, Exhibit B to reflect the current requirements of the <br />14 Agency. <br />15 <br />16 4.02.4 Permanent ContainersfDebris Box Service. Contractor shall <br />17 provide permanent / debris box Containers for the purpose of Collection of Solid Waste. <br />18 Contractor shall deliver to and Collect debris boxes from that location identified by the <br />19 service recipient. Containers shall be free of graffiti and in good repair. Containers <br />20 must be clearly marked and identifiable as belonging to Contractor. Special <br />21 consideration shall be given when determining the pick up area for temporary <br />22 Containers to ensure that the flow of traffic is not impeded and that it does not result in <br />23 aesthetic degradation of an area. The designated pick up area, if disputed by service <br />24 recipient or Contractor, shall be determined by Agency. Additionally, if in Agency's <br />25 opinion the location of an existing pick up area is inappropriate, Agency may require <br />26 the service recipient or Contractor to relocate the pick up area. <br />27 <br />28 4.02.5 Periodic Special Collections. <br />29 <br />30 A. Contractor will provide two separate on-call cleanups to all <br />31 residential (single family and multi-family) Waste Generators. Contractor will Collect <br />32 up to two (2) cubic yards of Solid Waste from Residential Property comprised of objects <br />33 larger than ordinarily may be accommodated by residential Solid Waste Containers, <br />34 including one large object not heavier than 200 pounds, twice each Rate Year on a day <br />35 designated by owners or occupants. Such Collections will be made as part of a year <br />36 round" on-call cleanup" program. Owners and occupants of Residential property shall <br />37 be required to place such Solid Waste at curbside for Collection. <br />38 <br />39 B. In conjunction with the on-call cleanups described in Section <br />40 A, above, Contractor will also offer Collection of residential Plant Materials and wood <br />41 to increase the amount of material diverted from landfills. SBWMA or Agency may <br />42 direct Contractor to implement additional special collections programs pursuant to <br />43 Section 2.09 of this Agreement.
