Solid Waste Collected by Contractor and when <br /> 14 possible, sorted between residents of Single-Family Dwelling Units and Multi-Family <br /> 15 Dwelling Units from occupants of Commercial and Institutional Premises. <br /> 16 <br /> 17 2. The Disposal Site or Transfer Station used, in tons. <br /> 18 <br /> 19 3. Complaint summary, for month and cumulative for <br /> 20 report year, as above. Summarized by nature of Complaints on a compatible computer <br /> 21 disc. <br /> 22 <br /> 23 4. Narrative summary of problems encountered <br /> 24 (including scavenging) and actions taken with recommendations for Agency, as <br /> 25 appropriate. <br /> 26 <br /> 27 5. Description of promotional and public education <br /> 28 materials created or distributed. <br /> 29 <br /> 30 6. A summary or copy of the Hazardous Waste records <br /> 31 required under Section 8.02.4. <br /> 32 <br /> 33 7. ()ther information or reports that Agency may <br /> 34 reasonably request or require. <br /> 35 <br /> 36 B. Recyclable Materials, Commercial Organic Materials and <br /> 37 Plant Materials Services. Contractor shall provide the same information as Solid <br /> 38 Waste Service, but for Recyclable Materials, Commercial ()rganic Materials and Plant <br /> 39 Materials Services, Contractor shall provide: <br /> 40 <br /> 41 1.
