This policy shall protect Contractor 39 and Agency in the same manner as though a separate policy had been issued to each, 40 but this shall not operate to increase Contractor's liability as set forth in the policy 41 beyond the amount shown or to which Contractor would have been liable if only one 42 party had been named as an insured." 43 Atty j Agrj2005.022 060205 -52-
