<br /> <br />that the feasibility report scheduled for mid-July will now <br />be made in mid-September. <br /> <br /> <br />The seismic study is progressing. This report should be in <br />shortly. Negotiations are continuing for the Marine World <br />project to be included in Redwood Shores. The final deci- <br />sion on this item will be reached prior to the first of Nov- <br />ember. Various questions by members of the Commission rela- <br />tive to the Redwood Shores project were answered by Mr. Ullrich. <br /> <br />Mr. Ullrich invited Commissioners to join boat tour of area <br />on MOnday, July 12th, or bus tour-to be scheduled at a later <br />date. <br /> <br />REPORT BY STAFF ON REDWOOD CITY RAMBLERS FOOTBALL TEAM: <br /> <br />Mr. Morton stated a meeting was to be held with them on <br />July 8th and more information would be available after the <br />meeting. <br /> <br />VETERANS BOULEVARD BEAUTIFICATION: <br /> <br />Report by Pasco Balzarini <br /> <br />Mr. Balzarini reported that he has not heard from the City <br />Manager on this subject. Mr. Knecht recommended that this <br />item be continued to the Agenda of August 4th. <br /> <br />WHIPPLE AVENUE TREE PLANTING - Report by Pasco Balzarini <br /> <br />Mr. Balzarini reported the major portion of this tree plant- <br />ing program has been completed in the planting of ilLiquid <br />Amber" trees along the avenue. <br /> <br />FRIENDLY ACRES PROJECT - Report by Alfred Morton <br /> <br /> <br />Mr. Morton reported that City Manager has approved an Arch- <br />itect and Engineer, and his recommendation would be sent to <br />City Council at it's meeting of July 12th. He made tour of <br />pools, with Architect and Engineer, Andr~w Spinas and Ken <br />Hoag.
