Mr.. Winans' said that there is a tre- <br />mendous resource of private resources which often can accomplish <br />such things, and these resources should be encouraged. <br /> <br />8 - REDWOOD SHORES - Walkways stop waterways levees - M~. Dixon' <br />Arnett noted the 21 miles of walkways planned for area and suggest- <br />ed a better usage being to condense walkways to acres for small lo- <br />calized parks. .
