Chairman Beals said this is the feeling of the Commission and he would suggest that we get the parks and Recreation Element to the General Plan to the Council with our approval'and begin to think ahead towards a bond issue with the help of the Biti- zens Committee by establishing a list of priorities, determing costs involved and promoting a bond issue. Mrs. Thompson said that all are mutually 'concerned about park lands acquisition and must look ahead and proceed rapidly as open land is becoming increasingly hard to find.
