Commissioner Goodinq said among the meetings which she attended was a suggestion for deterring scribbling on walls, etc. - immediately remove. the scribbling and the defacers woul~ lose interest in scribbling7 she also heard talk by the Dir~ctor, of Recreation of Fremont and his working with the schools, suggest- ing a need of working together throughout the entire year for all around facility use. Passed.
