Commissioner Knecht said he had been unable to attend the Plan- ing commission meeting of Aug. 13th. Mr. Paulson said he was at the meeting but felt he could not present commission views. Chairman Stuart asked that Mr. Knecht arrange~a substitute-when unable to attend Planning Commission meetings when subjects of interest to parks and recreation are on its agenda.
