Extensive Education and Training <br /> <br />cMrs staff average two hours per week of training. Classes taught in our office on a rotating <br />basis meet Insurance Education Association (lEA) standards and clients are welcome at all <br />CMl staff training classes. CMl also provides specialized training for Client staff on a vadety <br />of subjects including claim administration, fraud detection, 4850 benefits, PENS, and other <br />areas of concern. <br /> <br /> Stable Workforce <br /> <br />In the highly volatile world of claims administration, CMl's staff is very stable. With the <br />training, experience and opportunities afforded our staff, they are among the most highly <br />recruited people in the industry but very few of them leave.
