Bal_zar_i_n_i: <br /> <br />Þir. Balzarini provided picture of IISuper Secur" restroom with <br />pitched roof and shingled which would conform to neighboring <br />construction. Mr. Balzarini noted that funds are allocated in <br />the presønt budget ($8,900) for this facility. Commissioner <br />Stuart moved to approve the restroom design for Mezes Park- <br />that of a building with a pitched type roof with shingles <br />which would fit in with the neighborhood, and to recommend to <br />Council that as funds are presently allocated in the 1969-7e <br />budget in the amount of $8,900 that bids be called for the <br />project so that installation can be made at the earliest <br />possible time, seconded by Commissioner Thompson, and passed, <br />Commissioners Coffis and Morgan being noted absent. <br /> <br />5 - PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT - Redwood Peninsula - NEIGHBORHOOD <br />PARK #1 - Park Supt. Balzarini: <br /> <br />~IT. Balzarini said Commissioners Knecht and Thompson had gone <br />with him to this site, and that by November 1st the park maint- <br />enance would be turned over to his dpt., and that $13,000 has <br />been allocated in the present budget for playground equipment <br />for the area, and asked that a Commission committee be appoint- <br />ed to work with him in the selecting of equipment. <br /> <br /> <br />Chairman Knecht appointed Commissioner Schenck, chairman, and <br />Commissioner Stuart to this committee. ~ir. Schenck will call <br />meeting, as chairman, and report back at the September meeting. <br /> <br />
