Mr. stuart said that the meeting was a most <br />informative one and that he hoped as many commissioners as <br />possible could attend these commissioners. Thompson explained the responsibilities of a Commission <br />appointment and cited that the Code specifies that "All matters <br />pertaining to parks, playgrounds, recreation establishments and <br />similar matters corning before the City Councilor City Manager <br />shall be referred by them to the Commìssion for its recommend- <br />ations and suggestions.
