Mr. Ullrich suggested that <br />possibly a conflict could result with the "Citizens Advisory Comm- <br />ittees for the General Plan". To questions from Commissioners re- <br />garding the make-up of the present citizens advisory committees, Mr. <br />Ullrich explained that these con~ittees and task forces were appoint- <br />ed to put together an element for the General Plan of the city- <br />,first a Council committee who were appointed to recommend names for <br />the membership of the Citizens Advisory Board, and task groups <br />which report directly to CAB, who in turn makes the final recommend- <br />ations to the Planning Commission and Council.
