Mr. Ullrich suggested that possibly a conflict could result with the "Citizens Advisory Comm- ittees for the General Plan". To questions from Commissioners re- garding the make-up of the present citizens advisory committees, Mr. Ullrich explained that these con~ittees and task forces were appoint- ed to put together an element for the General Plan of the city- ,first a Council committee who were appointed to recommend names for the membership of the Citizens Advisory Board, and task groups which report directly to CAB, who in turn makes the final recommend- ations to the Planning Commission and Council.
