A total of 4 parcels are assumed. <br /> <br />0 Prepare a Caltrans Right of Way Record Map and file a record of survey for new right <br />of way. A right of way Record Map will be prepared and submitted to Caltrans at the <br />completion of the project. All right of way corners and angle points will be set with <br />iron pipes and monuments after construction, and a Record of Survey will be filed. It <br />is assumed that a pre-construction Record of Survey is not required for this project. <br /> <br />TASK 3 - 35% PS&E SUBMITTAL <br /> <br />The major features of the project will be developed based on the approved GAD. It's <br />assumed that the alignment of the roadway will not change from that shown on the GAD. <br />Line drawings of all major plan sheets will be prepared. The line drawing is defined to <br />include base mapping, all major line work, minimal notes, and details as necessary to <br />explain design intent. Thirty (30) sets of half size plans (11" x 17") will be provided for <br />Caltrans and City review. <br /> <br />TASK 4 - 65% PS&E SUBMITTAL <br /> <br />The plans will be updated based on Caltrans and City 35% review comments. Written <br />responses to Caltrans review comments will be prepared and submitted with the 65% <br />PS&E submittal.
