<br />TASK 6 - BIDDING/CONSTRUCTION SUPPORT <br /> <br />Bidding <br /> <br />MTCo will attend the pre-bid meeting with the City. The City will prepare the agenda <br />and run the meeting. MTCo will provide input as necessary to the City regarding <br />inquiries from the contractors on the bid documents. <br /> <br />Construction Support <br /> <br />MTCo will aid the City of Belmont in the preparation of Contract Change Orders, <br />provide clarifications to the contractor, review shop drawings, and attend construction <br />meetings on a monthly basis (if required). Not included is construction staking, on-site <br />inspection, review of concrete mix designs, or falsework review.
