Draft Conceptual Design Plans (three sets of bond plans - one for each of the four park <br />sites) <br />Final Concept Design Plans (four mounted two dimensional digital colored rendering 30" x <br />42" plans) <br />Meeting Reports <br /> <br />2. <br />3. <br /> <br />C. <br /> <br />Design Development <br />1 . 50% Drawings and Design Development Manual (four sets of bond plans and bound <br />design development manuals) <br />2. Meeting Reports <br /> <br />D. <br /> <br />Construction Documentation <br />1. 95% Submittal Package - Three sets of bond drawings and bound project manuals <br />2. City/County codes, ordinances, and policies. <br />2. Development and maintenance practice guidelines. <br /> <br />Project and Site Information <br />1. Any available construction or record drawings of the existing fields. <br />2. Digital aerial photographs (already received). <br />3. Ground Topographic Survey in AutoCAD 2000 (or more recent version). <br />4. Utility survey of existing utilities and irrigation system - potholing as required in specific areas <br />as requested by our office. <br /> <br />4 <br />
