Commissioner Whitmore suggested the mini park committee <br />check into it. <br /> <br />Chairman Knecht also noted that Mrs. Cervenka.indicated offer of <br />sale of two additional lots to city. Mr. Ullrich said we should <br />investigate. price and possibly have an appraisal; that there still <br /> <br />.1 - <br /> <br />is money in" the Open Space park funds. Mr. Ullrich asked for <br />commission letter on this. <br /> <br />commissioner Whitmore moved to refer the Cervenka land offer to <br />City Manager Ullrich, seconded by Commissioner Stuart, and passed. <br /> <br />2 - G.A.P. ~ a. Speaker to present views or suggestions to <br />Commission: None <br />b. Student survey of Hoover School area -k-l/k-6 <br />grades=Joe Ziganto: <br /> <br />Mr. Ziganto displayed map of residence density of school children <br />at Hoover School from the K-I through K-6 grades. This is add- <br />itional information to that pertaining to 7th-and 8th grade <br />students at Hoover which Mr. Ziganto presented at the February <br />meeting. Chairman Knecht thanked Joe for this additional work. <br />(Mr. Ziganto left meeting.) <br /> <br />Commissioner Stuart moved that this information, both re 7th and <br />8th grades and that for k-l through k-6, provided in the maps <br />used, be presented to the County Parks and Recreation Commission <br />and to Director of Recreation, Ralph Shaw, seconded by Commiss- <br />ioner Morgan, and passed.
