Insurance Cateqorv Minimum Limits <br /> Workers' Compensation statutory minimum <br /> Employer's Liability $1,000,000 per accident for bodily injury <br /> or disease <br /> Commercial General Liability $1,000,000 per occurrence and <br /> $2,000,000 aggregate for bodily injury, <br /> personal injury and property damage <br /> [add specific coverages - completed <br /> operations, exu, etc.] <br /> Automobile Liability $1,000,000 per accident for bodily injury <br /> and property damage <br /> Professional Liability $1,000,000 per claim and aggregate <br /> Each Consultant's Commercial General Liability shall include, at a minimum, the <br /> following coverages: <br /> 1. Owners and contractors protective. <br /> 2. Broad form property damage liability including occurrence at full policy <br /> limit. <br /> 3. Personal injury coverages at full policy limits for the following: <br /> � False arrest, malicious prosecution, willful detention or <br /> imprisonment. <br /> -� Libel, slander, defamation of character. <br /> � Invasion of privacy, wrongful eviction or wrongful entry. <br /> 4. Blanket written contractual liability. <br /> 5. Employees' non-ownership liability. <br /> D. City and Agency reserve the right to require Developer to obtain, or have <br /> its Contractors and Consultants obtain, additional insurance coverage, limits and/or <br /> further extensions of the reporting period. Such additional insurance shall be on forms <br /> and with insurance companies satisfactory to the City and Agency.
