Vesting Tentative Map. The Vesting Tentative MapTM-I0806-7, approved by the Planning Commission of City on July 21, 1998. Term. (a) All nghts and obligations of the City and Pacific Shores hereunder shall commence upon the Effective Date and shall continue in full force and effect until this Agreement terminates as provided herein.
