Additional crews shall be scheduled and report to work within fourteen calendar days
after notice from the City.

5. Pruning paint or tree sealer shall not
be used.

6. At the completion of pruning and removal work, the Contractor shall update the City's
computerized inventory information for the trees worked upon. If a tree is missing
from the list, the Contractor shall add the tree and site data. The contractor may, at
the City's discretion, enter the changes in a computer program or update the lists for
the City to enter the data later. The inventory data includes: location, species,
planting site width, diameter, condition, health, wires and utilities, sidewalk condition,
and maintenance performed.

7. All tree pruning work shall be performed to the current edition of the American
National Standards Institute (ANSI) A-300 Pruning Standards. The City
guarantees a minimum of two (2) hours for each call for emergency service, defined
as the after normal hours call-back of the crews to return to the City for work. If the
crew continues on after normal hours without leaving the work site or if additional
addresses are added to the original call back for service list prior to the crew leaving
the assignment, the continuation of the emergency service is paid at the hourly unit
bid rate and the two hour minimum per site or additional location shall not apply.

2.
