The <br />committee is going to set up another meeting regarding the Santa Clara Avenue <br />elementary school property. Mr. Weeks stated that the last word he received <br />from Dr. Wilson was that it was not intended for sale. It was felt this could <br />change, however, in light of current school study committee reports. <br /> <br />Commissioner Weintraub suggested (via Helen Phillips) that the Commission <br />and staff take a field trip to Emerald Hills State College site. <br /> <br />Motion: Commissioner Knecht moved the report be accepted, seconded by <br />Commissioner Weintraub. <br /> <br />MOtion carried unanimously by voice vote. <br />REPORT ITEM 4 - B~~~4ing and Capital Jmprovement Committee <br />The Committee report was reviewed. <br /> <br />Motion: Commissioner Schenck moved that the report be accepted, seconded by <br /> <br />T ... <br /> <br />Commissioner Rollins. <br /> <br />The motion carried unanimGusly by voice vote. <br /> <br />REPORT ITEM 5 - M~nth!y Reports <br /> <br />A. ~artment MonFhly Reports <br /> <br />The Department monthly reports were reviewed. <br /> <br />Motion: -Commissioner Guida moved to accept the Department monthly <br />reports, seconded by Commissioner Rollins. <br /> <br />The motion carried unanimously by voice vote. <br /> <br />B. ~a~erfront Committee Report <br /> <br />Commissioner Pound reported that the Waterfront Committee had been <br />disbanded.
