REPORT ITEM 3 - .Qpen Space Connnittee Commissioner Knecht reviewed the report and apologized for failing to invite Helen Phillips, State College Park Committee, to their meeting. The committee is going to set up another meeting regarding the Santa Clara Avenue elementary school property. Mr. Weeks stated that the last word he received from Dr. Wilson was that it was not intended for sale. It was felt this could change, however, in light of current school study committee reports. Commissioner Weintraub suggested (via Helen Phillips) that the Commission and staff take a field trip to Emerald Hills State College site. Motion: Commissioner Knecht moved the report be accepted, seconded by Commissioner Weintraub. MOtion carried unanimously by voice vote. REPORT ITEM 4 - B~~~4ing and Capital Jmprovement Committee The Committee report was reviewed. Motion: Commissioner Schenck moved that the report be accepted, seconded by T ... Commissioner Rollins. Motion: -Commissioner Guida moved to accept the Department monthly reports, seconded by Commissioner Rollins. The motion carried unanimously by voice vote.
