<br /> <br /> <br />-= .=-. ::'5 7 <br /> <br />REPORT ITEM 3 - MONTHLY REPORTS <br /> <br />f!!Y}artment Monthly Reports <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Commissioner Rollins moved to accept the monthly reports <br />as written, seconded by Commissioner Knecht. <br /> <br />The motion carried unanimously by voice vote. <br /> <br />Other Monthly Reports <br /> <br />Mr. Weeks announced the January Commissioners' Dinner to be held at the <br />Distillery in San Bruno, Response is required no later than January 24 <br />for those Commissioners interested in attending. <br /> <br />Mr. Weeks announced the San Diego Conference and stated that two Com- <br />missioners were budgeted to attend and possibly three might be able to <br />go since Commissioner Schenck was unable to attend the League Conference. <br />Commissioners interested in attending were Wilson, Knecht, Schenck and <br />Weintraub. Notification to the office will be made after Commissioners <br />make a final determination of their availability to attend the Conference. <br /> <br />Chairwoman Weintraub attended the Land Use Task Force meeting and stated <br />there are still some openings on that Committee; if Commissioners are <br />interested, they may contact Ken Schroeter of the Planning Department. <br /> <br />REPORT ITEM 4 - Committee Scheduling <br /> <br />Community Park Committee. <br /> <br />Next scheduled meeting: 1/29/75; 10:00 AMi CAB. <br /> <br />Design & Development. <br /> <br />Next scheduled meeting: 1/22/75; 3:00 PM; CAB. <br /> <br />Commissioner Pound expressed the Redwood Shores Committee's appreciation <br />that Chairman Weintraub attended the landscape interviews when Commissioner <br />Knecht was unable to attend. <br /> <br />ROUND TABLE <br /> <br />Co~ssioner Knecht indicated that he talked <br />Department to find a possible voting member <br />Force Comrndttees. Transportation and Noise <br />comrndttees; there are openings on both. <br /> <br />to Marc Weiss in the Planning <br />vacancy on one of the Task <br />were suggested as possible <br /> <br />Commissioner Schenck indicated that he has difficulty in attending the <br />regular business meetings on the new temporary meeting date of Tuesday. <br />He stated he will do his utmost to attend but there may be a possibility <br />that he will be unable to attend all the meetings. <br /> <br />Commissioner Schenck mentioned the unsightly signs in Stafford Park and <br />requested they be removed. Mr. Weeks pointed out that if the signs were <br />removed, enforcement would be very difficult. He indicated that all the <br />signs would be investigated'for removal and the possibility investigated <br />of creating new signing in a more appropriate location. <br /> <br />
