<br />option and sole discretion, request that Contract Employee either (1) continue to render the services <br />described in Exhibit "A" until the date of termination or (2) immediately cease the performance of any or <br />all of the services described in Exhibit "'A." Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, Contract Employee <br />shall, upon Notice of Termination deliver to City a written status report of all projects or matters in which <br />Contract Employee is involved. Regardless of whether Contract Employee rendered services during the <br />termination period, Contract Employee shall be entitled to the payment of two (2) weeks regular <br />compensation pursuant to paragraph 3 above. <br /> <br />In the event of such termination, all rights and obligations of the parties hereto shall therefore cease, <br />except as to vacation hours which may have accrued or have been incurred prior to the date of <br />termination. The provisions of this paragraph shall not be deemed a limitation upon the respective rights <br />or remedies of the parties hereto which may accrue to them. <br /> <br />6. Standard of Performance <br />All services to be peñormed by Contract Employee pursuant to paragraph 1 hereof shall be peñormed <br />in accordance with all applicable ordinances, polices and rules and regulations of the City. <br /> <br />7.
