ITEM 3 - RED MORTON CENTER UPDATE Commissioner Howard reported that the Red Morton Steering Committee met on January 14 to review the current plans for the new center. She said Civic Cultural Commissioner Tamara Piulle attended the meeting to discuss the need for including art at the new center. Commissioner Howard explained that the project has been approved by the Planning Commission and the Architectural Review Board and the next meeting of the Steering Committee will be held on February 22 to review the design package. Director Griffiths said Bull, Stockwell and Allen will have the plans and specifications and landscape plans finished by April 20 for further review by various plan checkers.
