<br />"At the discretion of the Electrical Inspector, the <br /> <br />application required hereunder may be deemed applied for <br /> <br />in connection with any application for a building permit <br /> <br />made pursuant to the provisions of Article V of this chapter <br /> <br />and containing substantially the information required hereunder. <br /> <br />"(c) <br /> <br />All persons to whom electrical permits have been <br /> <br />issued shall notify the Electrical Inspector prior to con- <br /> <br />cealing or covering any electrical work or electrical system <br /> <br />in order that said Inspector may conduct an inspection of the <br /> <br />work or system so permitted. <br /> <br />All persons to whom electrical <br /> <br />permits have been issued shall again notify the Electrical <br /> <br />Inspector upon completion of the electrical work or system <br /> <br />authorized by such permit. <br /> <br />" (d) <br /> <br />Every electrical permit issued by the Electrical <br /> <br />Inspector shall expìre by limitation and become null and void, <br />i~ the electrical work authorized by such permit is not <br /> <br />commenced within 120 days from the date of such permit, or <br /> <br />if the electrical work authorized by such permit is suspended <br /> <br />or abandoned at any time after such work is commenced for a <br /> <br />period of 120 days. <br /> <br />Before such work can be recommenced a <br /> <br />new permit shall be first obtained to do so, and the fee <br /> <br />therefor shall be one~half the amount required for a new permit <br /> <br />for such work, provided no changes have been made or will be <br /> <br />made in the original plans and specifications for such work; <br /> <br />and provided, further, that such suspension or abandonment <br /> <br />has not exceeded one year. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. <br /> <br />Section 9.114 of the Code of the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />-3- <br />
