Update the City's Purchasing Ordinance <br />Complete Tree Ordinance revisions <br />Refine the City's Wireless Communications Ordinance <br />Work with the Charter Committee on Charter amendments <br />Develop custom leadership program with Stanford University for mid - <br />management staff <br />Negotiate an agreement with Recology for services offered to Redwood <br />City <br />Replace the myWater portal to improve customer service <br />Staff work is in process in partnership with the City Manager's Office and <br />the City Attorney's Office. Anticipated Council review by the end of the <br />fiscal year. <br />This initiative will continue into the next fiscal year due to City staff <br />transitions. <br />City staff are evaluating consulting services to assist with the development <br />and implementation of the Wireless Communications Ordinance. This <br />effort will continue into the next fiscal year. <br />City Council approved various Charter amendment recommendations by <br />the Charter Committee in December 2018. The City Council will consider <br />placing amendments on the November 2018 ballot in June. <br />Complete.
