Draft, review and adopt Affordable Housing Fund Guidelines for awarding <br />Housing Impact Fees to create and preserve affordable housing <br />cQ <br />CD _ <br />1401 Broadway 120 Units o <br />707 Bradford 117 Units <br />612 Jefferson 20 Units <br />353 Main 16 Units <br />801 Brewster 50 Units <br />The City won a competitive grant process with Home For All to establish <br />a community engagement process to assist with developing and <br />eventually adopting Affordable Housing Fund Guidelines. Community <br />engagement activities will occur this spring. City Council will consider <br />proposed guidelines on June 25. <br />Execute the Bradford Street affordable housing project Disposition and The City Council approved and executed the DDA on October 3, 2017. <br />Development Agreement (DDA) with MiclPen Housing for the transfer of <br />land and development of affordable housing for seniors, a childcare center <br />and a public park along Redwood Creek <br />Develop a new user friendly, affordable housing web page for Redwood City housing staff is collaborating with the City Manager's Office to <br />City's affordable housing inventory with an easy to use housing search tool develop a more user-friendly web presence.
