N <br />Complete full integration of police Use of Force Simulator training This is an ongoing effort and now a part of our regular use of force <br />training sessions and conducted throughout the year. <br />Implement a Use of Force Review Committee for use as a comprehensive <br />internal analysis tool in police use of force incidents <br />Install trash capture devices in storm inlets to prevent trash from entering <br />the San Francisco Bay <br />Complete Recycled Water quality improvements <br />Begin construction of the California Water Tank and Pump Station Project <br />Complete emergency water supply storage improvements <br />Coordinate with multiple regulatory agencies and adjacent communities to <br />increase the capacity of the Bayfront Canal by diverting storm water to <br />restored wetlands within the Bay <br />Initiate a comprehensive sewer lateral replacement program <br />Develop a comprehensive tree maintenance program <br />Establish a pavement striping and markings maintenance program <br />Update the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition program (SCADA) for <br />water and sewer systems <br />Initiate an in-house Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) Inspection program to <br />inspect sewer lines <br />Expand Recycled Water distribution mains to serve Downtown customers <br />Complete Council Chamber audio/visual equipment upgrades <br />Policy was complete in November 2017.
