Contractor shall provide and maintain 527 <br />Collection Containers for the Agency’s use, with the exception of public litter 528 <br />receptacles (or public Solid Waste receptacles) and public Targeted Recyclable 529 <br />Materials receptacles, which shall be provided and maintained by the Agency. 530 <br />Contractor shall offer the type and size of Collection Containers that Contractor 531 <br />provides Commercial Customers pursuant to Section 5.02.C. 532 <br />5. Tonnage Allocation. Contractor may integrate Collection of Solid Waste, 533 <br />Targeted Recyclable Materials, and Organic Materials from Agency Facilities 534 <br />with other Collection services in the Service Area, provided that Contractor 535 <br />attributes estimated Tonnage Collected from Agency Facilities separately from 536 <br />other Customers upon the Agency’s request. 537 <br />6. No Billing for Service. Contractor shall not bill Agency for the services required 538 <br />by this Section 5.02.D, including Long Distance Service, Container Relocation 539 <br />Service, and lock/unlock service. 540 <br />5.03 TARGETED RECYCLABLE MATERIALS COLLECTION 541 <br />A. General. Contractor shall Collect Targeted Recyclable Materials from Customers 542 <br />that have Source Separated the Targeted Recyclable Materials from Solid Waste and 543 <br />placed these materials in the Customer’s Recyclable Materials Collection Container 544 <br />for Collection by Contractor. 545 <br />In accordance with Section 15.12, the Agency may direct that Contractor modify its 546 <br />scope of service to include Collection of additional types of Recyclable Materials 547 <br />beyond those materials defined as Targeted Recyclable Materials in Attachment A. 548 <br />If the Agency directs Collection of additional Recyclable Materials, such Recyclable 549 <br />Materials shall thereafter be considered Targeted Recyclable Materials and 550 <br />Contractor shall not receive additional Contractor’s Compensation for Collection 551 <br />service if the Targeted Recyclable Materials are placed by Generator in the 552 <br />Recyclable Materials Container unless Contractor can demonstrate that Collection of 553 <br />the additional material(s) requires modification to Collection routes to accommodate 554 <br />the additional volume of the material(s). 555 <br />B. Single-Family Dwellings 556 <br />1. General. Once per week, Contractor shall Collect Single-Stream Targeted 557 <br />Recyclable Materials from SFD. Contractor shall provide each SFD Customer 558 <br />with one (1) Cart for Single-Stream Targeted Recyclable Materials. Contractor 559 <br />shall provide each Customer with a sixty-four (64) gallon Cart specified in 560 <br />Attachment D, unless Customer requests an alternative Cart specified in 561 <br />Attachment D. Customers can request additional Targeted Recyclable Materials 562 <br />Carts from Contractor for regular weekly Collection service, and Agency shall 563 <br />bill Customers at Agency-approved Charges specified in Attachment Q. 564 <br />2. Collection Location. For SFD Recyclable Materials Cart Collection, Contractor 565 <br />shall comply with the same Collection provisions specified for Solid Waste Cart 566 <br />Collection pursuant to Sections 5.02.A.2, 5.02.A.3, and 5.02.A.4. 567 <br />3. Used Motor Oil and Used Motor Oil Filters. Contractor shall Collect Used Motor 568 <br />Oil and Used Motor Oil Filters placed at the Collection location by Customer for 569 <br />Collection in Contractor-provided or Contractor-approved Containers. 570 <br />Contractor shall not be required to Collect more than five (5) gallons of Used 571 <br />6.2.B. - Page 29
