Contractor shall provide Collection 1023 <br />as frequently as requested by the Agency or the Community Event organizer. Contractor 1024 <br />shall provide an adequate number and type of Collection Container(s) for the Venue or 1025 <br />Community Event and shall coordinate its Collection services with Agency or Community 1026 <br />Event organizer. Containers shall be appropriately labeled to collect Solid Waste, 1027 <br />Recyclable Materials, or Organic Material, per the requirements specified by the SBWMA. 1028 <br />Upon request of the Agency or the Community Event organizer, Contractor shall provide 1029 <br />an adequate number of its employee(s) for each Community Event to ensure all Solid 1030 <br />Waste, Recyclable Materials, and Organic Materials Collection locations (i.e., Containers 1031 <br />that are placed on-site for use by event patrons) are kept clean and uncontaminated; to 1032 <br />empty or exchange Containers as the need arises; and to respond to overages or spills. 1033 <br />Within ten (10) Business Days of Contractor receiving a request to supply an Community 1034 <br />Event with Solid Waste, Targeted Recyclable Materials, and Organic Materials Collection 1035 <br />services, the Contractor will either meet with or schedule a meeting with the Community 1036 <br />Event organizer to discuss the Community Event’s parameters, including location, number 1037 <br />of people attending, type of Community Event, type of food being provided, and other 1038 <br />related issues. Once parameters of the Community Event are determined, proper 1039 <br />Containers will be provided by Contractor, with emphasis on Recycling and diversion of 1040 <br />the materials generated. 1041 <br />Contractor shall also supply and staff an information booth at each Venue and Community 1042 <br />Event, upon request from Agency. In addition, Contractor shall prepare and distribute 1043 <br />information to the public at Venues and Community Events describing the Collection 1044 <br />options available at the Venue or Community Event and promoting Recycling programs in 1045 <br />the Agency, upon request from Agency. All information prepared for distribution to Venues 1046 <br />and Community Events shall be approved by Agency prior to distribution. The Contractor 1047 <br />shall report the Tonnage of material Collected at each Venue and Community Event to the 1048 <br />Agency and, upon Agency request, to the Community Event organizer. 1049 <br />For Venues and Community Events, which are required to comply with the Large Venues 1050 <br />and Events Recycling Law, codified at Public Resources Code Section 42648 et seq., 1051 <br />Contractor shall assist the Venue or Community Event organizer in preparing a Recycling 1052 <br />plan and reporting all information required by those provisions of the law. Contractor shall 1053 <br />be required to provide, at a minimum, the following information for each Venue or 1054 <br />Community Event: 1055 <br />1. List of qualifying large Venues and Community Events in Service Area. 1056 <br />2. Physical and mailing address. 1057 <br />3. Contact name, address, phone number, and email address. 1058 <br />4. Type of Venue or Community Event (e.g., museum, concert, sporting event). 1059 <br />5. Status of the Venue or Community Event written waste diversion/Recycling plan. 1060 <br />6. A description of the extent in which the plan has been implemented. 1061 <br />7. Service level provided (i.e., Solid Waste, Recyclable Materials, and Organic 1062 <br />Materials). 1063 <br />8.
