Such service must be 1244 <br />requested by the Owner or property manager. 1245 <br />F. Recycling Promotion. Contractor shall provide the Residential Premises of the 1246 <br />Mixed Use Building with the Recycling promotion services that are provided to Multi-1247 <br />Family Dwellings under Section 7.05, and shall provide the Commercial units of the 1248 <br />Mixed Use Building with the Recycling promotion services that are provided to 1249 <br />Commercial Premises under Section 7.04. 1250 <br />G. Holiday Tree Collection. Contractor shall provide Holiday Tree Collection Service 1251 <br />to Residential Premises of the Mixed Use Building in accordance with the Multi-1252 <br />Family Holiday Tree Collection Service requirements in Section 5.04.E. 1253 <br />H. Other 1254 <br />1. Conflict. The Parties acknowledge that Mixed Use Building is a new category 1255 <br />and that Mixed Use Buildings may be coded in Contractor’s software system as 1256 <br />Multi-Family Residential Complexes, as Commercial Customers, or (in the event 1257 <br />of separate accounts for the Residential and Commercial parts of the Premises) 1258 <br />as both. In the event of any conflict between the provisions of this Agreement 1259 <br />relating to Mixed Use Buildings, on the one hand, and those relating to Multi-1260 <br />Family Residential Complexes or Commercial Premises, on the other hand, the 1261 <br />provisions relating to Mixed Use Buildings shall govern. 1262 <br />2. Customer Database. Contractor shall use good faith efforts, within the 1263 <br />constraints of its existing software system and cost structure, to develop a 1264 <br />method for coding Mixed Use Buildings in the Contractor’s customer service and 1265 <br />routing databases to allow for various reports to be generated for Mixed Use 1266 <br />Buildings. The approach to coding the Mixed Use Buildings, and implementation 1267 <br />thereof, shall be reviewed and approved by the SBWMA on or before the 1268 <br />Commencement Date. 1269 <br />3. Collection Vehicles. At its option, Contractor may provide Collection service to 1270 <br />Mixed Use Buildings using its Single-Family or Commercial Collection vehicles. 1271 <br /> 1272 <br />1273 <br />6.2.B. - Page 45
