Each Rate Year, SBWMA shall develop and produce the following Bill inserts (for 1776 <br />distribution by Contractor): 1777 <br />a. Annual On-Call Collection Services Collection notice (one (1) SFD Solid 1778 <br />Waste Bill insert). 1779 <br />b. Annual Holiday Tree Recycling notice (separate for SFD and MFD - two 1780 <br />(2) Solid Waste Bill inserts). 1781 <br />c. Annual “Reduce Holiday Packaging” notice (one (1) SFD and MFD Solid 1782 <br />Waste Bill insert). 1783 <br />d. Twice annual compost giveaway notice (two (2) SFD and MFD Solid 1784 <br />Waste Bill inserts). 1785 <br />e. Twice annual Commercial Recycling notice (two (2) Commercial Solid 1786 <br />Waste Bill inserts). 1787 <br />f. Annual Commercial Recycling awards notice (one (1) Commercial Solid 1788 <br />Waste Bill insert). 1789 <br />12. If Agency or SBWMA requests distribution of additional Bill inserts, SBWMA or 1790 <br />Agency shall develop and produce the Bill inserts. 1791 <br />13. Prepare and manage press releases. 1792 <br />E. Contractor Responsibilities. Contractor will be required to provide the following 1793 <br />services: 1794 <br /> 1795 <br />1. Actively collaborate with Agency and SBWMA on the public education strategy 1796 <br />and development of materials. 1797 <br />2. Distribute public education and promotion materials to new Customers during 1798 <br />the Term. 1799 <br />3. Provide public education door hangers, posters, and other promotional materials 1800 <br />to Multi-Family Dwelling Customers during the Term. 1801 <br />4. Deliver Recycling Tote-Bags to MFD complexes. 1802 <br />5. Deliver desk-side and other interior Targeted Recyclable Materials and Organic 1803 <br />Materials receptacles for Commercial Customers and Agency Facilities. 1804 <br />6. Produce and deliver non-collection notices, in both English and Spanish. The 1805 <br />format and content of the non-collection notices must be approved in advance 1806 <br />by Agency and SBWMA. 1807 <br />7. Affix Used Motor Oil Recycling decals to jugs for inclusion in Used Motor Oil 1808 <br />Recycling kits. 1809 <br />8. Assemble and deliver Used Motor Oil Recycling kits upon request from SFD 1810 <br />Customers. Kits must be provided to Customer within five (5) Business Days of 1811 <br />Customer request. 1812 <br />6.2.B. - Page 58
