In addition, upon 2932 <br />reasonable notice and without interference with Contractor’s operations, Agency and 2933 <br />SBWMA may review and copy any of Contractor’s operational and business records 2934 <br />related to this Agreement. If Agency or SBWMA so requests, Contractor shall make 2935 <br />specified personnel available to accompany Agency and SBWMA employees on 2936 <br />inspections and shall provide electronic copies of records stored in electronic media. 2937 <br />8.09 COOPERATION WITH DESIGNATED TRANSFER AND PROCESSING FACILITY 2938 <br />OPERATOR 2939 <br />A. Communications. If requested by SBWMA, the Contractor shall meet with the 2940 <br />SBWMA and Operator at least once each month to discuss issues related to the 2941 <br />interaction of operations between Contractor and Operator including, but not limited 2942 <br />to: 2943 <br />1. Traffic flow; 2944 <br />2. Vehicle weighing procedures; 2945 <br />3. Targeted Recyclable Materials and Organic Materials Contamination; 2946 <br />4. Hazardous Waste screening and safety policies; 2947 <br />5. Receiving hours; 2948 <br />6. Billing and payment of gate fees for delivery of materials; 2949 <br />7. Vehicle parking; 2950 <br />8. Employee facilities; and, 2951 <br />9. Maintenance facilities. 2952 <br />The Contractor’s general manager shall have e-mail capabilities to enable the 2953 <br />Operator and the Contractor’s general manager to communicate via e-mail. 2954 <br />Contractor’s general manager shall respond to the Operator’s email correspondence 2955 <br />within twenty-four (24) hours. 2956 <br />B. Coordination of Hours. Contractor shall plan its Collection routes to be compatible 2957 <br />with the Designated Transfer and Processing Facility receiving hours, which shall be, 2958 <br />at a minimum, Monday through Friday from 3:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday and 2959 <br />Sunday from 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Contractor shall deliver Collected materials to 2960 <br />the Designated Transfer and Processing Facility during the receiving hours of the 2961 <br />Designated Transfer and Processing Facility. 2962 <br />C. Compliance with Facility Rules. Contractor shall cooperate with Operator and 2963 <br />comply with Operator’s requirements Including: (i) how and where to unload 2964 <br />Collection vehicles; (ii) respecting operations and construction of new facilities; and, 2965 <br />(iii) the Operator’s Hazardous Waste exclusion program. Contractor shall also 2966 <br />cooperate with the Contamination assessment procedures specified in Attachment E-2967 <br />1. All costs charged by the SBWMA for acceptance of Contractor’s materials shall 2968 <br />be paid by Contractor. Contractor shall receive compensation for transfer and 2969 <br />processing costs in accordance with Article 11. 2970 <br />6.2.B. - Page 84
