Note: No decision on the merits of the project is <br />required at this time. The Planning Commission is being asked whether a <br />Precise Plan should be prepared for the project. Project review will occur at a <br />future public hearing upon the completion of the Precise Plan. <br /> <br />Staff is recommending to the City Council initiation of a Precise Plan for the site. <br /> <br />Project Planner Curtis Williams, gave a Presentation on the Initiation of the <br />Precise Plan for 439 Fuller Street. <br /> <br />Purpose of Meeting <br />~ Initiate Preparation of Precise Plan <br />~ Define Precise Plan Area <br />~ Outline Issues to Discuss in Plan <br />~ Not Review of Specific Project <br /> <br />Project Planner Williams stated that the property is located at the corner of <br />Winslow and Fuller Streets; it is a vacant site with overgrown vegetation. The <br />County building is located on one side and there are 2 other buildings on the <br />other side of the lot that are 2 or 3 story office buildings.
