Visual Relationship. Buildings shall be designed to create a strong visual <br />relationship among the buildings and the waterfront, including architectural style <br />and variety among the buildings. <br />B. Ground -Floor Entrances along the Waterfront. Buildings facing the waterfront shall <br />provide entrances along the ground -floor at least once every 150 feet. Ground -floor <br />entrances include entrances to ground -floor uses, residential units, clusters of <br />residential units, lobbies, or private courtyards. Significant blank facade areas shall <br />not face the waterfront. <br />57.6 Vehicular and Bicycle Parking <br />A. Vehicular Parking. Vehicular parking, access, and loading shall conform to the <br />standards in Article 30 (Off -Street Parking and Loading) including Section 30.4 <br />(Mixed -Use Zoning Districts). <br />B. Public Parking. Guest and unassigned parking for projects along the waterfront shall <br />be available for general public parking. <br />C. Bicycle Parking. Bicycle parking shall be provided for new development consistent <br />with this section. <br />1. Residential. One secure bicycle parking space shall be provided per every <br />three dwelling units. <br />2. Commercial. Buildings or development with over 10 employees shall provide <br />secure bicycle parking space equal to at least five percent of the number of <br />vehicular parking spaces. <br />3. Acceptable Secure Bicycle Parking.
