CULTURAL RESOURCES <br />CUL -I: Removal and relocation <br />of the Water Tank would have a <br />substantial adverse change on <br />an eligible City landmark that <br />qualifies as a historical <br />resource, as defined in CEQA <br />Guidelines Section 15064.5. <br />Mitigation Measures <br />1548 MAPLE STREET PROJECT <br />MITIGATION MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM <br />Timeframe for Responsibility for Oversight of <br />Implementation Implementation I Implementation <br />CUL -I: The project applicant shall be responsible for Prior to, during, Project Applicant <br />funding all of the measures outlined below regarding and after <br />relocation of the Water Tank. These measures shall be relocation of the <br />completed prior to, during, and after relocation of the Water Water Tank <br />Tank, as applicable. <br />The following tasks shall be undertaken prior to the Water <br />Tank's relocation: <br />• Photo documentation of the Water Tank shall be <br />completed prior to its removal from the project site. The <br />photography shall be done to Historic American <br />Building Survey -like standards. The photo <br />documentation shall be filed with the Redwood City <br />Public Library History Room/Vollmayer Archives. <br />• A qualified preservation architect and structural <br />engineer/contractor shall prepare a Relocation Plan <br />that:(1) describes the specific approach to dismantling <br />the metal tank from the wood base, and any other <br />portions of the tank; (2) describes how the receiver <br />location will be prepared to accept the tank, including <br />but not limited to grading and construction of the <br />foundation; proposed travel route from the existing <br />location to the new location; (3) delineates the historic <br />features of the tank, specifying features that cannot be <br />repaired, are deteriorated or damaged beyond repair; and <br />(4) describes a permanent commemorative photographic <br />display to be incorporated in the relocated Water Tank. <br />• The Relocation Plan and documentation shall be <br />submitted for review and shall be approved by the City <br />of Redwood City Planning Division prior to the removal <br />of the Water Tank. <br />ATTY/RESO.0035/CC RESO CERTIFYING FINAL EI R —1548 MAPLE <br />REV: 04-30-18 PR <br />Page 30 of 49 <br />RESO.
